Senior Product Designer
Zalando

Building out the new ZEOS One portal, unleashing the potential for merchants to reach customers all across Europe. More specifically, I led the design of the ZEOS Help Center and the ZEOS Developer Portal. I also unlocked scalability by restructuring the information architecture of ZEOS One. I furthermore designed the ZEOS One onboarding flow from scratch, contributing to cutting the time to onboard in half (from 60 to 30 days).

I led the design of the commercial Backstage plugin Skill Exchange that started as Spotify's internal marketplace to promote and seek out unique learning opportunities such as mentorships, embeds and courses for members of the R&D community.

I was the designer of a team developing Forza Football Reporter, the latest investment for the company behind the livescore football app. I worked closely together with two front-end developers to establish a design system, constantly improve our UI and also ensure great user experiences throughout each user journey.
