Leading the design of the ZEOS Help Center, ZEOS Developer Portal as well as the onboarding and integration experiences for ZEOS One – Zalando’s B2B fulfillment portal.

• Streamlined the onboarding process in close collaboration with product and key account managers, cutting estimated time-to-market by ~40%.
• Revised the information architecture of ZEOS One to seamlessly accommodate 9 new capabilities in a logical and scalable manner.
• Drove the design and implementation of our Help Center, leading to an approximate 10% reduction in support ticket volume.

Spearheaded the design of the commercial Backstage plugin Skill Exchange, improved core developer tools for Spotify’s iOS and Android engineers and contributed to the Backstage component library.

• Successfully commercialised Skill Exchange with external partners, including Shutterstock, Peloton and SeatGeek in the US.
• Delivered design improvements within Skill Exchange that contributed to an approximate 15% reduction in first-year attrition among internal users.
• Partnered closely with the Platform designers to establish process templates, UI patterns and design system components to foster cohesion across the commercial Backstage plugin suite.

Led the 0-to-1 design of Forza Football Reporter, a brand-new tool introducing a novel engagement funnel that allowed users to feature their local teams in the main Forza Football app alongside professional clubs.

• Established a bottom-up design system optimised for mobile from scratch, including a comprehensive custom iconography library.
• Expanded the product's capabilities to support youth tournaments, directly enabling an official partnership with Gothia Cup (the world's largest youth football tournament).
